SPELLBOUND

The moment the winds pause
and the thin strand of hair moves away,
right den, u cum and take her by her waist
nd d breezes blow all over again!

The soft music begins to play,
the warmth wraps her away
to lands where poets can reach
and where reason has no say!
Where everything is snow-clad
yet nothing is as chilling as his breath near yea!

She is mystfied nd misty is your way, sire
As you come is jiffy nd take her away!
She never protests,she is spellbound
Stammering following her lover's way!
Into the darkness of magical scenarios,
Into the horizon of love,
She keeps walking,following you sire,
Into the horizon of love,as u say!

Doston ke saath bitaye ye saare pal,
yaad aaenge humko kal.

Wo raaton ko baaton me bitana,
Wo classes me late jaana.

Wo cafe ke samose ke liye paise jutana,
Wo mess ke khane pe roz taana!

Wo attendence ki list se pehle dil ka dhadakna,
Wo late aane pe teacher ka bhadakna!

Wo dost ke boyfriend ko jiju bulana,
Wo har baat pe treat ka bahana!

Wo classes me ishaare,
Wo marks ke maare,
Wo exams me mausam,
Wo har baat pe- "awesum"
Wo common room me cricket,
Wo bhajji ke wicket.

Wo sikar ke despos,
Wo jaipur ka crowd,
Wo vodka ki pehli glass,
Wo talli hone ka pehla ehsaas!

Wo reception pe ladna,
Wo bai jee se jhagadna,
Wo Sunday ki breakfast,
Wo coed techfest!

Wo dj night ke kapde,
Wo chote chote jhagde,
Wo ruth ke manana,
Wo aankhen bhar jaana

Bade itminan se ye 4 saal bitaye ,
Engineer to yaaron hum akhir ban hi aaye !

SILENCE

SILENCE
Some things in life are best unspoken, unheard.
Silence has many forms in my world,
Sometimes my eyes are swollen
My friends then know the reason unknown
I cross my fingers and keep mum
But, then I have to succumb.

Silence binds me, when I’m sad,
I close my eyes and think of my dad.
He inspires me without a word.
His silence is my biggest strength.

Sometimes I’m happy and my eyes twinkle,
My mother looks at me and happiness whirls,
She says nothing and gives me silent kiss,
That’s a thing, I genuinely miss.
Some things in life are best unspoken, unheard.
Silence has many forms in my world.

To my best friend

Its strange how we keep
chatting for hours
Stilll while keeeping the phone
I crave for more

Its strange how your every
achievement makes me proud
as if it were my own

Its strange how your way of
saying I care
Unveils my emotions bare

Its strange how your smile on a simple joke
makes we wanna redo it a hundred times more

Its strange how your only presence on phone
Provides me with great support
when i m alone

Its strange how your friendship
has become more important
than most of my relationships

Its strange how you'v become
Such a special part of my life
I really want to hold on to forever in my life

You are friendship personified
You are a very special friend ..love you.

TERROR

TERROR
A search for silence has begun
The ways are being spun
Humanity cries to things undone.

The mother’s soul is not numb,
She knows the killer of her womb,
The revenge for sure will be taken,
And terror will she terror shaken

No shackles, no borders will hold her then
Victory shall come to her, amen!
Forget not the drop in the little girl’s eye
Rise and react to each child’s cry.

Forget not the beautiful bride,
And her martyr besides..

O conscience where have you gone?
Return before its dawn
Take the reins and lead to harmony
Where peace has its symphony..

To mumma

To Mumma,
I m missing my trips to kitchen when you cooked.
I m missing your scolding when I didn’t study..
I m missing your bothering when I had a fight..
I m missing your moral science classes to make me practical in life..
I m missing your lovely voice when you wake me up to have dinner..
I m missing your smile when I perfectly parked the car...
I m missing your challenging comments which helped me prove my mettle..
I m missing the sound of your bangles and the small bindi on your face..
Ma..you are the most beautiful creation of God...love u mumma........

PROMISES

PROMISES
Promises are to be kept,
I shall keep mine
It’s not for those who slept
And enjoyed wine.
But for those whose eyes wept
But had power divine,
To stay awake all night,
With books nine to nine.

The constant rhythm of some distant noise,
My companion-my own voice.
Sometimes the dogs cried and I was worried
What mystery was still buried.
The moonlight shone, though I was unaware
The tube light was the only flare

I am determined
I know, I can.
Promises are to be kept.
I shall keep mine.
